  •  For returns and exchanges, we recommend using freight delivery services such as Kyoungdong Express or Daesin Express.
  •  If returning due to a change of mind, round-trip shipping costs may be charged.

All Violi bicycles are designed to match the average height of South Korean riders and come in a single size.

The recommended height and weight limit vary by model, so please check the specifications of each model for detailed information.

The warranty period for VIOLI's bicycles is as follows:

  • Frame Warranty: 24 months from the date of purchase
  • Drivetrain Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Consumable parts such as tubes, tires, brake pads, bearings, cassettes, and chains are excluded from the warranty.
  • The warranty service applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • Even after the warranty period has expired, paid repair services are available at any time.
  • Bicycle parts and components may be discontinued or changed without prior notice, and service will be provided with equivalent parts.
  • Damage caused by customer negligence is not covered under the warranty.
